Its safe to say from the very start that Joe The Puppet is not for the average human, and in most cases shouldn't be for any human. They're offensive, crude, and absolutely fearless of subjects that most people hold very sacred. Though they tend to cross every boundary imaginable, they do it with a very humorous delivery. Joe the Puppet's music is meant to make you laugh and isn't meant to cause controversy, but needless to say they still have offended their share of listeners. With an interesting line-up consisting of members of Other People's Children, Edge of the Knife, and Bryan "Scythe" Hawf, they record all of their music before a live audience in an all-improv fashion. Their first album, For A Balanced Breakfast, was recorded over a two-day party in a basement in front of various come-and-goers and contains 16-tracks that are guaranteed to hit at least one of your soft spots. You've been warned!
