Internet relationships have always struck me as odd. Is it a safe way for people to have a relationship without, well, having a relationship? Is this what our world is coming to? Teenagers graduating from school, holeing up in their parents house dating via internet and phone. What the hell is going on? Whatever happened to hanging out at the mall or park and meeting "real people"? Has our society been so overwhelmed with technology that we even have to use a computer to get laid? Masterbation is STILL a one person job people. 

Relationships are not easy. It requires the hopes and dreams of two people and a common ground of goals for both. It also takes a lot of love and understanding, and an even amount of give and take. Not a click of a mouse or a send button on a cell phone. You can't just delete a real person out of your life with a push of a button. Unless you happen to have "THE BUTTON" . How long can a person go without a hug, or a kiss, or for god sake a real person to have sex with and not just a bunch of "oohs and ahhs" written on your newest text message. I feel it must either be the fear of getting an STD, even though those stats are up. Or the fear of rejection... Maybe its easier to be dumped my Josh68754 than by someone you actually met. Here's some news for ya.. People are still having sex, with or without you talking to them on the phone. Most people you are "going out with" are probably already in REAL relationships and just miserable people. You aren't their "only one" because they probably have 5 different accounts with just as many relationships.. So internet polygamy is ntot illegal as far as I know.. so to all of you out there who believe that shit like that can work for you... good luck. As for me I like to be held and loved. I adore the feeling of laying my head upon a warm chest at night. Yeah, we have problems once in awhile, but we are face to face.. toe to toe and duking it out like normal huma beings! not bickering over a phone or through text messages. Snap out of it and get on with life!! Yes it IS out there, yes it is waiting for you to join it.. put the pizza rolls down, scrape yourself off the computer chair and go OUTSIDE!!! The air, as of yet, has not been poisoned.. Take advantage of it while you can!
